Following the Breath 

At this week’s meeting our theme will be Mindfulness: Tuning into the Breath and the Body. How it is that we can be physically present yet unaware of all that our senses are perceiving?

Being mindful of our breath helps us to tune in to our body and our senses. Join us as we continue exploring mindfulness, and connect more deeply with our body, mind and soul.


Labyrinth Walk

Come walk the labyrinth at Grace Church on December 10th at 7 pm. This will be a time for mindful contemplation in the midst of this busy season. You are welcome to bring a spouse, partner, friend, or children 10 years or older. Please make childcare arrangements for little ones and join us for this time of peaceful reflection.

 Bring in your Blankies!

If you brought a blanket home to finish for the foster care blanket project, thank you for doing so, and please remember to bring it to the meeting as Kendra is collecting them for delivery. Thank you, Kendra, for coordinating this wonderful project!

Mom’s Night Out

Last week some Mom’s Morning Retreat moms gathered to see Lincoln.  Plans for the next Mom’s Night Out will be forthcoming soon! Be sure to join us as it’s a great way for us to get to know one another better!
