Mindfulness and the River of Feelings, March 7th

IMG_3001At this Thursday’s meeting we’ll discuss “Mindfulness and the River of Feelings”.

Mindfulness teaches us that even powerful feelings and emotions are not to be feared as they are simply energy.

We’ll look at emotional intelligence: the capacity to monitor our own and others emotions, how to discriminate between different emotions, and how we can use this information to guide our thinking and actions.

  • How do we help our children become more emotionally intelligent?
