5 Keys to Mindful Loving: This Week at Mom’s Morning Retreat, February 6th, 9:30 am!

Join Us This Thursday, February 6th at 9:30 am for our February Meeting

As we celebrate our home city and the Seahawks this week, be sure to plan in a little reflective time of renewal, coffee and inspired conversation at Mom’s Morning Retreat.

This Thursday, Bev will draw from “How to be an Adult in Relationships – the 5 Keys to Mindful Loving”, David Richo’s exploration of how to bring more nurturing and compassion into our relationships. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to have time to get the little ones settled in and get some coffee or tea and a bite to eat.

Most people think of love as a feeling, but love is not so much a feeling as a way of being present…..love is experienced differently by each of us, but for most of us five aspects of love stand out. People feel loved when they receive attention, acceptance, appreciation, and affection, and when they are allowed the freedom to live in accord with their own deepest needs and wishes. –David Richo
