“Loving the Life You Have”
Plan to join us for our first fall meeting to connect with other moms as we explore mindfulness, our innate capacity to be happy and how we can teach our children the skills they need to raise their emotional intelligence, to be resilient, and to form happiness habits for life.
As we become more conscious parents, with intention and awareness, we also become more mindful of living our own lives with happiness and gratitude.
Bev will be drawing from the new brain science that is coming out of The Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley, as well these (and other) books:
