Happiness and Mindfulness
One activity that helps us feel happier and increases our deep sense of abiding well being is to become more present in this moment.
Mindfulness can awaken us to the gifts of this day.
I invite you to connect and replenish with other moms as we talk more about mindfulness and how it can become a powerful tool on this journey of loving the life we have.
Warmly,
Bev

023Popular Fleece Blanket Activity November 20th.

Join us on November 16th to make fleece blankets. This is a super fun morning making new-sew simple blankets for children entering into foster care in Kitsap County. Often children arrive with little or nothing and the blankets provide comfort at a confusing time.

Do you have extra “blizzard weight” fleece in your fabric stash?  The blanket pattern we use requires 1.5 yards of fleece and we always appreciate last minute contributions of fabric.

For more information, ask our activities coordinator Sonja Ross at greenflash at cablespeed dot com, or Kendra Field, poohzle at msn dot com who coordinates this project.
