Each year, we must close the year of gatherings, appreciating the time we have spent together and reflecting on the growth we have witnessed in ourselves and our community. This Thursday, is that ending for this year. A year we have spent feeling into joy and love, following the steps of the Dalai Lama and Desmond Tutu.
And, it’s a time to light up our summers. Experience warm nights, fresh fruits and veggies, warmer waters, road trips, camps and clubs, boredom and anticipation. What magic awaits you and your family this summer? We look forward to hearing about it.
And first, do not miss our final gathering for this year to close our fantastic year. We will share with one another what we have learned, what we have gained, and what we anticipate. It’s a gathering of reflection, of gratitude and of joy. You can share, you can listen and hold the space with and for others. We will eat joyous food, we will smile and laugh, we will close our year and ensure we know how to remain connected this summer.
Please join our last gathering of the year, this Thursday the 7th of June, 9:30-11am at Grace Episcopal Church on Day Road, here on Bainbridge Island. As always, we will allow our littles to connect with one another under the expert care of our childcare providers (or from our laps if that works better for us and for them). It will be a wonderful time together and we hope you will be able to make it.
